Open since January 2007, RocklandMD is an integrated healthcare centre which provides services in general medicine, preventive medicine, specialized medicine, day surgery and related healthcare services. Competencies that guarantee our excellence

RocklandMD has implemented a medical committee that ensures the optimal quality of the care and services dispensed at the Centre, and is responsible for the recruitment of physicians.

Members include: the medical director, the director of clinical services, nurses, the chief anesthesiologist, a representative of the medical specialists and surgeons, and a patient representative.

The presence of this committee which rigorously evaluates each candidate guarantees the excellence of the RocklandMD team.

The process of recruiting doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists takes into account not only credentials and experience in dispensing high-quality care but also ethics and the ability to adhere to the values of availability, care and service that are conveyed by the Centre.

The RocklandMD medical team is made up of general practitioners who are not RAMQ participants. These physicians have opted for quality and are motivated by a desire to spend more time with their patients in order to practice a better kind of medicine.
